But at time Amazon is not good with the route they expecting driver to do for the money they are paying they don’t pay for mileage and overtime, they expect for you to constantly emailing them to complaint and you are having to justified to them that you are having to drive 50 miles to hundred miles for low rate like £25.50, £35.00. The drivers are nice people who are trying to make extra money. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The route and making sure you get paid correctly and speaking to support that don’t understand that some of the route is not practical for the amount that they are paying. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? What is the best part of working at the company?
